About us

Lia Weitz
My focus is on group facilitation with the aim of process support, team and strategy development for private and public companies and organisations. My portfolio also includes the organisation of large-scale events such as conferences, open space formats and bar camps. I am also an enthusiastic trainer and organisational developer.
What inspires me about my work is when people leave a joint process motivated and empowered and I have been able to make a contribution to this. Creative methods and inspiration are important sources here.
I also love creating impact on a small scale and am involved in social and urban gardening projects in my neighbourhood and doing pottery.
In addition to my native German, I am fluent in English, French and Spanish. I am a political scientist and agricultural economist, a qualified trainer and mediator. I am currently training as a systemic organisational developer and live in Berlin.

Dr. Minu Hemmati
My focus is on multi-stakeholder processes on sustainable development (e.g. climate, chemicals, gender equality), which I advise, (co-)design and (co-)facilitate.
What inspires me about my work is the diversity of cooperation partners – from governments and international organisations to science, civil society and the private sector – and the variety of interventions and activities – from leadership coaching, team development and training to dialogue, debate and negotiation to long-term, partnership-based cooperation.
I also love seeing the world, concept rock music and science fiction.
I work in German and English, have a degree in psychology, a doctorate in organisational and environmental psychology, and live in Berlin. You can also find me here: minuhemmati.net

Celia Schmidt
My focus is on facilitation, consulting and process support in the field of sustainability and innovation. I accompany individual players and groups on their journey, be it in the context of conferences, strategy workshops or long-term change processes.
What inspires me about my work is tackling challenges together, developing new ideas and initiating change. As a yoga teacher, I support people in becoming more mindful in their dealings with themselves and with others.
I also love nature, movement, dance, hiking and photography.
I work in German, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. I am an anthropologist and have a postgraduate degree in International Cooperation for Sustainable Development. I live and work in Berlin.
